道格自1985年起效力于卢臣泰公司。她为卢臣泰精品系列设计了No. 29 艺术家收藏杯、No.2 艺术家收藏盒以及各种成功的装饰作品。另外，她还为卢臣泰瓷砖系列设计了“Graficana”、“Farfalla”、“Luxor”和“Leporello”图案，并授权由德国陶瓷公司进行生产。
